Shipping and Delivery

What are wabenta's shipping options? 

We offer Standard shipping for a flat rate of $5.99 that uses ground-only shipping to keep costs and our carbon footprint at a minimum (in comparison to air freight shipping).

Shipping is free when your order's sub-total is above $75 before taxes and shipping fees.

What carrier is delivering my order?

When you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email that includes your tracking number. With the tracking number, you can see which carrier is delivering your shipment. Please note, if you order multiple items, you may have multiple deliveries and multiple carriers.

  • We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), but Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders based on assigned carrier.

  • We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure the most efficient delivery for your order(s).

  • If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries from multiple carriers. All information will be included in the shipping confirmation so you'll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

  • We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, or package forwarding services.


Return Policy

What is wabenta's return policy?

We are a print-on-demand apparel company, which means that all products are unique and produced by our US-based suppliers when you put in an order. Despite this, we still want to work with you for the best experience possible! Please read the following carefully before moving forward with a return or exchange.

If you received damaged product or product with a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement if notified within 10 days. We may ask for photos or videos to help us understand the problem, but rest assured that you will get taken care of! If you ordered the wrong size, we offer up to two (2) exchanges per product, per order to ensure you have the best fit possible. Please get in touch with us with our Start a Return or Exchange form.


If you simply changed your mind on a product, please contact us within 30 days of your order to return the product for up to a 50% refund. The remaining 50% of the refund helps us with shipping, handling, and other costs like inventory stocking. Please get in touch with us with our Start a Return or Exchange form.
